Ravi Agarwal’s taking the tech sector by storm again

Ravi Agarwal, CEO of Group Spark Technologies (www.groupspark.com), has been recognized by many people in his industry for his extroniary successes over the past 5 years.
Just hitting the 30 age mark, this individual is driven, direct and knows his stuff.

Mr. Agarwal, a Boston resident, has an impressive resume to include the founder of BizLand, Inc and a graduate of GE's well-respected 'Technical Leadership Program'. Additionally, Mr. Agarwal started Argus Care Technologies which provides small to medium sized companies with a wide range of information technology services such as On call on-site support, Network installation, and Network & data security.

Ravi’s spirit and drive is what sets him apart from others.” Notes one former employee of his.  “When you first meet him, you know he is different but its hard to determine what the source is.  Then as each day passes, you learn that everything he does is downright amazing in one way or another.  He does everything with such driving force that it tends to rally people around his cause.  He isn’t an in-your-face kind of guy but subtly delivers outstanding results with no consideration for recognition or reward. He is a self driven leader.”

Mr. Agarwal has spoken at numerous business and technology conferences as well as guest lectured at business schools at Boston UniversityBoston College, and Babson College. He worked with professors at Bentley College and Boston University to write three case studies on BizLand, which have since been taught internationally.  In 2001, Entrepreneur Magazine selected Ravi Agarwal as a top entrepreneur in its annual competition "Top 10 Under 30". Currently his energy is being spent on his newest company, Group Spark Technology which is the market leader in providing a Private-Label Exchange Hosting to resellers to sell to their business customers.  But there is so much more to Mr. Agarwal than his work. He has many dimensions.

In addition to his achievements in the business world, Ravi has donated significantly to several causes locally and internationally. In 1999, Ravi was a founding member of the non-profit organization, Samta (www.samta.org). Ravi has also dedicated his time to the production of the annual Tie Conference as the Chair of the Content Group and as part of the conference's core team. Internationally, Ravi volunteered in Africa with the Arusha MeruSecondary School, Children for Children's Future, Arusha Secondary School in the capacity as a computer, AIDS awareness and athletics instructor.

In today’s world, many people are so focused on one thing or another that balance is lost. Ravi Agarwal learned early in life how to maintain balance and live life to its fullest in all asects.
